Section 22
<br> may form sub-committees or working groups
The committee may form a sub-committee or a task force as necessary to carry out any work it has to do in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the sub-committee or working group formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the committee at the time of forming the sub-committee or working group.
